What if I leave a personal item in the shop?
Contact us as soon as possible with the location, date, approximate time and a detailed description. We will check the relevant shop and our lost-property items.
Can I buy outdoor equipment at K&K?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of outdoor footwear, clothing, backpacks and accessories. Our retail brands are listed in the central brand list at the beginning of this document.
Can K&K ship purchased products?
Depending on the product and delivery address, shipping may be possible. Please send us a photo or an exact description of the item and the delivery address.
Are K&K gift cards available?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased in the shop and, depending on the current offer, online as well.
Can K&K deliver equipment to hotels?
For selected partner hotels and after the equipment has been fitted, we can sometimes arrange delivery or collection. Please contact us early with the hotel name, dates and number of people.
Which languages are spoken at K&K?
Depending on the team on duty, we provide advice in German, Italian and English. Additional languages may also be available.
