If you book online and pay online immediately, you receive a 15% discount on eligible rental items. With a valid returning-customer promo code or a partner code from a hotel or the ski school, the total discount is 20%. If you reserve online but pay when collecting the equipment, the discount is 12%, or 17% with a valid returning-customer or partner code. Locker prices are fixed and are not subject to these discounts.

You can pay online by credit or debit card, or reserve online and pay when collecting the equipment in the shop.

Yes. Select the option to pay on site. Your equipment remains reserved. In this case you receive a 12% online discount; with a valid returning-customer or partner code, the total discount is 17% on eligible rental items. If you pay online immediately, the discount increases to 15%, or 20% with a valid code.

First select the location and the first and last rental day. Then enter age, height, weight, shoe size and ability for each person, choose the appropriate category and add any extras. Enter a promo code if available, select the payment method and complete the booking. You will receive an email confirmation with your booking number. At collection, boots are tried on, details are checked and bindings are professionally adjusted.

The rental price includes the booked equipment, personal fitting, professional ski-binding adjustment, preparation before handover and exchange for an equivalent available item. When you rent skis, the appropriate ski poles are always included at no extra charge. Helmets, protectors, ski clothing, lockers, the protection option and other extras are included only if they have been specifically booked.

The promo-code field is at the beginning of the booking process, directly next to the date selection. Enter the code before completing the booking.

Yes. Guests of our partner businesses receive a 10% discount on eligible rental items when booking directly in the shop without a prior online reservation. For the best choice, we still recommend booking online early.

Promo codes apply only to eligible rental equipment. Our locker prices are fixed and are therefore not further discounted.

We recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are fixed. Two to four weeks in advance is sensible during normal periods. For Christmas, New Year, February, Carnival and other school holidays, book as early as possible. Lockers, special sizes and highly requested categories should preferably be reserved at least one month in advance.

Yes, provided the requested equipment is still available in the remaining stock. Last-minute bookings may be possible, but offer less choice of sizes, categories and locations. For the best selection, we always recommend booking online early.

First reserve the appropriate category online and enter your preferred model in the Notes field. Alternatively, send us a short WhatsApp message or email. We will then check whether the requested model is available. A specific model is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation.

Yes. Our equipment is charged by the day. If you only need it for a few hours, simply book one rental day.

All current prices are displayed directly in the online booking system at www.kandk.bz. The total is shown before you confirm the reservation.

A binding rental agreement is created when the online booking is completed, subject to the conditions displayed during the booking process. Before submitting, check the names, dates, location, products and payment method.

Do not immediately make a second booking. First check whether a confirmation was received and whether the amount was actually charged. If anything is unclear, send us a screenshot and the email address used.

Contact us with both booking numbers or the payment receipts. We will check the transactions and cancel or refund an accidental duplicate.

Yes. Online payments and booking details are documented. If you require an invoice issued to a specific person or company, provide the complete billing details during booking or no later than collection.
